How to cook
  1. Boil the Somen.
  2. Tear the lettuce into bite-size pieces. Bring the water and chicken consommé to a boil in a pan and season with salt.
  3. Place the Somen (boiled in Step 1) in a bowl. Arrange the lettuce (Step 2), crab meat and sweet corn. Pour the hot soup (Step 2) overtop and sprinkle with ground black pepper.

  • 2 bundles of Ibonoito Somen
  • 30g crab meat, canned
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 1 tablespoon sweet corn

  • 3 cups water
  • 1 chicken consommé cube
  • Salt
