- How to cook

- Boil the Somen.
- Tear the lettuce into bite-size pieces. Bring the water and chicken consommé to a boil in a pan and season with salt.
- Place the Somen (boiled in Step 1) in a bowl. Arrange the lettuce (Step 2), crab meat and sweet corn. Pour the hot soup (Step 2) overtop and sprinkle with ground black pepper.

- 30g crab meat, canned
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 1 tablespoon sweet corn
- 3 cups water
- 1 chicken consommé cube
