Tuna Salad Somen

How to cook
  1. Remove any liqui in the tuna can. Slice the tomato in 8 crescent-shaped pieces. Rinse the salad leaves in cold water, then drain.
  2. Boil the somen noodles, drain and wash well in cold water. Drain again.
  3. Put the somen (2) and tuna (1) in a bowl and add the salt and pepper. Add the tomato pieces, salad leaves and sweet corn (1) and then mix. Present in a serving dish. Prepare the mayonnaise mixture (A) and add to taste just before eating.
Ingredients / for 1 person
  • 100 grams of somen noodles
  • one can of tuna(80 grams)
  • 1/4 of a tomato
  • 40 grams (a bag) of salad leaves (mesclun greens)
  • 1 tablespoon of canned sweet corn
  • pinches of salt and pepper

  • 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons of lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoons of soup stock for somen noodles (mentsuyu)
  • 2 teaspoons of olive oil
